Amoyrc is Rick’s personal sneaker boutique in Riverside, California, serving customers in the United States. Its vintage-inspired point of view describes the style of the selection; products listed as new are sold as new.

2. Our retail role
The store is operated by RICKY LEE BAYLISS, who uses Rick Lee Bayliss in the shop’s editorial story. Amoyrc is an independent retailer, rather than an official store of the footwear brands it carries. The store’s personal sourcing and inspection statements describe the operator’s practices; they are not a third-party authentication certificate or evidence of brand authorization.
The store uses Shopify’s commerce platform. Shopify’s provision of that technology does not make Shopify the seller of the merchandise you order from this store.
3. Product information and your order
Use the individual listing to check the model, colorway, size designation and stated condition. An editorial story or campaign image does not establish a shoe’s technical performance or replace its listed specifications. The authenticity commitment and the applicable return procedure are available on our About Us page and Return & Refund Policy.
We check our listings for accuracy and correct mistakes when they are identified. Correcting a listing does not allow us to silently change the item or amount charged for an order already placed. If an error or stock problem affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available resolution. If we cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. This notice does not remove those obligations.
4. Photographs, styling and editorial content
Lighting and display settings can affect how a color appears on screen. Campaign artwork and styled scenes may include backgrounds or props that are not part of the purchase. Refer to the item description for what is included. These presentation differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate description or limit a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.
5. Brand names and content rights
Third-party trademarks and product designs remain with their respective rights holders. Their display identifies the relevant merchandise and does not transfer ownership or establish sponsorship. Rights in our original text and other original store content remain with us or the applicable rights holder, where protected by law. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
For an intellectual-property concern, email rickbayliss@amoyrc.com with the relevant page address, an explanation of the concern and information identifying the rights involved. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
6. Using the site and external services
Do not use this site for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized account access, malicious software or conduct that disrupts other customers’ use. Temporary outages can occur. Contact us if a technical problem affects an order or payment.
Payment providers, carriers and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy information. A link is not an endorsement. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller, and you can contact us about an order placed with this store.
