Track your delivery with 17TRACK
Use the tracking number from your Amoyrc shipping confirmation email to check your parcel in our store’s 17TRACK tracking page.
This tracking service is provided by 17TRACK and loads when you open the tracking page. Enter your shipment tracking number there; your Amoyrc order number is different. Carrier updates can take time to appear.
Start with your order confirmation
Open the confirmation email for your Amoyrc purchase and use its order-status link to see the information available for that order. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
Follow a dispatched parcel
If your shipping update includes a tracking number or tracking link, use it to check the carrier's latest scans. A created tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel; movement appears as the shipment is scanned.
View your order information
Sign in to your customer account using the email address you used when placing the order. Available order information is associated with that email address.
